Irish lad scores ‘point’ in Times Square (video)

[youtube id=”9SJpnFeV6sc” width=”620″ height=”360″]

TIMES Square in New York served as this Irish man’s very own venue for showcasing his footballing talent.

Pete Dooney from Monaghan used two of the city’s skyscrapers as his goalposts, giving New Yorkers a glimpse of GAA.

More Life & Style:

In the video he positions himself, takes a run up and boots the ball into the distance.

It is not clear where the ball ended up, and with the ‘pitch’ swarmed by plenty of tourists, it is hoped that no one was struck by the flying ball.
