GALLERY: Cork and Waterford hurl up a storm in the snow

ADVERSE weather conditions and a measly turnout didn’t stop Munster hurling giants Cork and Waterford from putting on a show on Wednesday night.

As sleet and snow fell in abundance at Mallow GAA Grounds, just 588 spectators showed up for the Munster Senior Hurling League Round 3 clash.

Fortunately, Inpho Photography’s James Crombie was looking on from the sideline and he captured these unique shots of the two sides hurling away in the snow as Cork ran out 2-18 to 0-13 winners.
