Fans remember Dermot Morgan 15 years on


THE 15th anniversary of the death of Dermot Morgan has been marked by tributes to the talented actor and comedian best known for his portrayal of Father Ted Crilly in Father Ted.

Many Irish people have begun to take to Twitter to pay tribute and remember the Dublin-born star who died on February 28, 1998 in London of a heart attack.

Morgan would have turned 61 on March 31st.

    His birthday was actually March 3rd
    RIP Dermot, truly a legend although I was only 5 when you passed. One night while channel surfing I came across Father Ted on more 4, the best thing I ever did was watch the show now I could quote every single line from every single episode.
