5,000 Irish properties on show at London property exhibition

Over 5,000 Irish properties for sale will be on show in London property advisory group Sherry FitzGerald holds its Irish property exhibition.

The exhibition takes place on Saturday, February 4 at Kensington’s Copthorne Tara Hotel.


House prices in Ireland have fallen from the peak levels of 2006 and according to Sherry Fitzgerald buyers from around the world, particularly Britain, are seeing real value in investing in poperty there.

A variety of property types will be on offer including rural cottages, brand new housing schemes, public houses, various commercial developments, holiday homes and a huge selection of second hand homes from all across Ireland.

An interactive display will also form part of the exhibition where prospective purchasers can be given a personal guided tour around properties available for sale on

Agents from over 30 Irish towns with an in depth knowledge of the properties and locations will be available to give on the spot information and advice.

One property up for sale is 35 Castle Gardens in St Helens, pictured above. It is a detached four-bedroomed house on a golf course. Located close to Rosslare, Co Wexford it is on the market for €150,000.

Sherry FitzGerald Countrywide says the February 4 exhibition as an opportunity to promote their properties to a much wider audience. They believe Ireland is an attractive place to buy property for a British investor or an Irish person looking to return home.
